Super 6 baccarat: how the banker payout changes
Standard baccarat pays the player bet 1:1 and pays the banker bet 1:1 minus a 5% commission. Super 6 baccarat removes the commission and instead cuts the banker payout to 1:2 whenever the banker wins with a total of 6. Every other banker win still pays 1:1.

A banker win on a total of 6 happens about 5.39% of rounds, or 11.7% of banker wins, so the cut costs you more than the missing commission saves.
Baccarat commission: what the 5% costs
The commission is charged on banker winnings only. Win PHP100 on the banker and you pay PHP5, so you collect PHP95.

The chances come from an exact count of every deal from an eight-deck shoe. The player wins 0.446247 of rounds, the banker 0.458597 and the rest, 0.095156, tie. The banker edge with commission is 0.446247 minus 0.458597 x 0.95, which is 0.010579, or 1.06%.

Super 6 banker pays 1 on 0.458597 minus 0.053864 of rounds, 0.5 on the 0.053864 that finish on a total of 6, and loses on 0.446247. That is 0.404733 plus 0.026932 minus 0.446247, a loss of 0.014582, or 1.46%.
A Super 6 side bet is a separate bet that banker wins with a 6. Its payout is 12:1 at some tables and 15:1 at others, so read the table’s paytable instead of assuming either. At 12:1 the average loss is 13 x 0.053864 minus 1, which is 29.98% of the stake; at 15:1 it is 13.82%.

Punto banco is the standard casino version of baccarat, and the drawing rules are fixed, so you never decide whether to take a card. Cards 2 to 9 count face value, aces count 1, and tens and face cards count 0; a hand is the total of its cards minus any tens digit. A total of 8 or 9 on the first two cards is a natural and ends the round.
The player draws on 0 to 5 and stands on 6 or 7. The banker’s draw depends on its own total and the player’s third card:
