These come from PAGCOR’s release of 30 January 2026 on its 2025 results.

1. PHP106.03 billion: total revenues for 2025, down 5.09% from PHP111.72 billion in 2024.
2. PHP17.47 billion: net income for 2025, up 4.18% from PHP16.77 billion in 2024.
3. PHP95.15 billion: total gaming revenues for 2025, against PHP97.53 billion in 2024.
4. PHP53.33 billion: revenue from e-games, eBingo and bingo grantees in 2025, up 9.30%.
5. PHP31.44 billion: revenue from licensed casinos in 2025, down 4.93%.

PAGCOR gaming revenue: where the 2025 money came from

PAGCOR gaming revenue is the largest part of what the corporation earns, and the release splits it into three sources. The rest, PHP10.88 billion, is other revenue streams.

The chairman’s explanation in the release is that the decline in land-based casino revenue is “largely driven by gradual player behavior shifts toward digital and online gaming platforms”. Inside the contributions figure, PAGCOR lists PHP45.19 billion to the National Treasury as the 50% government share, PHP12.77 billion for socio-civic programmes, PHP4.76 billion in franchise taxes, PHP2.26 billion to the Philippine Sports Commission and PHP907 million in corporate income taxes.

E games Philippines is PAGCOR’s electronic gaming segment. Its Electronic Gaming Licensing Department issues licences in eight categories, and seven are named on its page:

2. Find the yearly industry statistics linked from the Electronic Gaming Licensing Department page, which run from 2014 to 2026.
3. Check which measure the sentence uses: revenues, gaming revenues, GGR or contributions.
4. Compare releases, because restatements happen: 2024 e-games GGR is PHP154.51 billion in the April 2025 release and PHP154.66 billion in the April 2026 one.
