The thing most often got wrong here

The gap between a PAGCOR operator licence and a PAGCOR EGLD listing is the distinction that counts most on this page. When PAGCOR lists a studio under EGLD, its game content is cleared for the operators PAGCOR licenses. A studio does not hold it as a licence, and it reveals nothing about any casino that carries those games.

Only that applies to four of the seven studios shown next. Every one of their pages spells this out, since “PAGCOR listed” and “PAGCOR licensed” sit a single word apart yet mean very different things, and the second is what readers are usually hoping they found.

Look up game providers details inside the game itself

You do not have to take anything here on faith. All licence claims on these pages were taken from a public register, and anyone can open those registers:

For Malta, use the MGA authorisation portal, entering the company name in place of the brand name. Often the licensee is a subsidiary under a different name; Pragmatic Play’s Malta licence, for example, belongs to Pragmatic Solutions MT Limited and not to anything named Pragmatic Play.
For the UK, run the account number through the Gambling Commission public register. A licence in force lists its activities and the start date of each, and any regulatory settlement against the holder shows up on that same record.
For PAGCOR EGLD, get the approved-games PDF for the studio from pagcor.ph. Work out what it actually approves: game content for licensed operators. When the document does not state that the studio holds a licence, then it does not hold one.
For an RTP number, the studio’s own page for the specific title is where to look. When the figure is absent there, no comparison site can provide it, and when two comparison sites conflict, that conflict is the result.
